Mono origin coffees: plus and minus

Wrote at 10:37 by Stefano Urso in: Coffee Quality,
mono origine
A mono origin coffee has the peculiarity to come from a delimitated area and to be of one species only (e.g. or Arabica or Robusta) because it is cultivated from a single fazenda. These mono origins have unique characteristics that are strictly linked to the cultivating area and picking processes adopted.

A plus of a mono origin coffee is a very intense aroma level, but a minus is a lower aromatic variety as the ones you can find in a coffee blends.

I love this coffee maker, I used one all through my student days; so I recently bought one from Florence at twice the value if you include post. But nowhere on the Internet that I have seen, does anyone say that when you 'flip' the pot, if it is done .....
