The espresso coffee is only made in Italy

The espresso is made in Italy: the father of this great Italian tradition
is Luigi Bezzera, an engineer from Milan,
that in November 1901 filed the first patent for a machine model for espresso
bar. The idea of designing a steaming mechanism to prepare a coffee has
followed the process of mechanization which characterized the history of
industrial design started two centuries ago. Therefore also the catering sector
had tried to optimize the preparation, and consumption of this beverage.
Over the years the espresso
machine has become a symbol of Italian life style, like so many other models
and styles emanating from the Bel Paese.
